Cancellation Policy

To provide the best service for all our clients, we require a 12-hour notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. 1. **Deposit Requirement**: - A non-refundable deposit of 50$ is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your service. 2. **Cancellation and Rescheduling**: - If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled time. - Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. - Failure to show up for your appointment without notice (no-show) will also result in the forfeiture of your deposit 3. **Refund Policy**: - Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule within the allowed 12-hour window, your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment. 4. **Emergency Situations**: - We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis.
