The nearest premium studio to the Key
Living on Brickell Key, the one thing you do not want is a long drive across the city for a routine fill. You do not have one. The studio sits just off Brickell Avenue on the mainland side, a few minutes over the bridge, so a lash appointment is closer than most errands. For a set that needs topping up every two to three weeks, that proximity is the whole point.

Classic full set, $150
One extension on each natural lash. Longer and darker, still unmistakably your own. The right starting point if you have never worn extensions and want a finish nobody reads as one.
Hybrid full set, $185
Classic lashes blended with handmade volume fans for a little more depth, while the line stays natural. It is the set most clients settle on, and the easiest to live with day to day.
Korean keratin lash lift and tint, $140
No extensions at all. The Korean method lifts each natural lash from the root and tints it darker, so your eyes look more open with nothing to maintain and no fills to book. It lasts six to eight weeks, and it is the lowest effort option we offer.
Volume and mega volume, $200 and $250
Darker, fuller sets built fan by fan with Russian volume technique. Volume gives sparse lashes the density a classic set cannot, and mega volume is as full as we go, for anyone who wants it seen.
A private studio for a private island
Brickell Key values its privacy, and so does the studio. One client is booked at a time. There is no waiting room, nobody else in the space, and the door is not open to walk-ins. You lie back with your eyes closed for one to two hours, and most people simply fall asleep.
Before any adhesive is used, we map your lash line to your eye shape. Length and curl are placed for your face, not pulled from a set kit, so two people asking for the same style rarely leave with the same map. That mapping is where a set built for you and a set built to a formula part ways.
Getting to the studio from Brickell Key
We are at 175 SW 7th St, Suite 1805, Miami, FL 33130, inside the Latitude One Brickell Business Center. From the Key it is back over the bridge and a short way along Brickell, usually only a few minutes by car. There is parking in the building, and for anyone who prefers to walk part of the way, the studio sits in the heart of Brickell near the shops and cafes. The studio is appointment only. A $50 deposit holds your time and comes off the cost of your service.
LED technology, made for Miami
One thing worth knowing before you book. Standard lash adhesive hardens slowly by drawing moisture from the air, and it keeps drawing it for weeks, so in Miami humidity a set can shed sooner than it should. LED and UV adhesive is cured with light the moment each extension is placed, so the bond is finished before you sit up.
That means you can wash your lashes the same day, there is no aftercare window to plan around, and retention holds far better through the summer. It is a $20 upgrade on any full set, and near the water it is the upgrade worth taking every time.
Your first appointment
Arrive without eye makeup if you can. We talk through the look you want, map your lashes, then you settle in for the length of the appointment.
A classic set takes about an hour, hybrid an hour and a half, volume around two hours. If adhesive has stung your eyes before, ask about the LED system, which gives off almost no fumes during the treatment and is usually far more comfortable.
Natural lashes shed on their own cycle, so small gaps appear within two to three weeks whatever the artist does. A fill clears the grown out extensions and rebuilds the line for less than a new set. Cleanse daily with a lash safe foam, brush through with a clean spoolie, and keep oil based products away from the eyes. Once more than half a set has shed, a fresh full set will look better than a fill.
