Volume and mega volume lash extensions in Miami
Volume lashes are not simply more lashes. Each natural lash carries a handmade fan of several ultra fine extensions, which is why the set looks dense without feeling heavy.
The weight is the whole point. A single thick extension puts strain on one natural lash. Several extensions a fraction of that thickness, fanned across the same lash, give far more density for less load. Done properly, your own lashes carry it comfortably.

What is the difference between volume and mega volume lashes?
Volume lashes use fans of two to six ultra fine extensions on each natural lash. Mega volume uses fans of seven or more, made from even finer extensions, so the lash line is denser and darker. Volume is $200 at Anastasia Lashes Miami and mega volume is $250.

Russian volume, and why it matters
Russian volume is the technique of building each fan by hand at the moment of application, rather than picking a ready made fan from a strip. The artist picks the exact number of extensions, sets the width of the fan, and places it on the lash while holding that shape.
It is slower and it is harder. It is also the reason a hand built set sits evenly across the lash line rather than showing gaps where a pre made fan did not fit. Anastasia is a Russian volume specialist, and every volume and mega volume set in this studio is built this way.

Who each suits
What it costs

Book a fill every two to three weeks. Natural lashes shed on a rolling cycle, and with volume the gaps show sooner because the line is denser to begin with. A fill removes grown out fans and rebuilds the line at $120 for volume and $140 for mega volume.
If more than half your set has shed, a new full set will look better than a fill and often costs less than trying to rescue one.
Aftercare that actually matters for volume
Fans are held in shape by the bond at the base. Oil breaks that bond faster than anything else, so oil based cleansers, makeup removers and heavy eye creams are the main thing to keep away.
Cleanse daily with a lash safe foam, brush through with a clean spoolie once a day, and try not to sleep face down. If you want the longest retention available, add LED technology for $20, which holds better in Miami humidity.
